We do our best to get your order out to you asap, however it can get quite busy so please allow for your order to take between 2-10 working days to be made. If your item is required by a certain day please email hellovinyljunkies@gmail.com to check that delivery can be when required.

RETURNS POLICY

As nearly all of our items are custom made at the time of purchase we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, we ask that you please choose carefully. Happy customers are really important to us, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unfortunate event you really aren't happy with your purchase, please make contact with us to discuss by emailing hellovinyljunkies@gmail.com. All items are checked prior to shipping, however in the event that you find an item faulty, or something is missing, please contact us to discuss replacement, alternative item or a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

 

We offer a flat shipping rate for a tracked parcel within New Zealand. 

Standard DLE postage within NZ is available on items under the size of 10x20cm, posted items are at the purchasers own risk as there is no tracking. No refunds will be given for lost packages via standard post. Please allow 3-5 working days for your goods to arrive, however this time frame is not guaranteed. 

 

Potential parcel delays?? A shipping confirmation email is sent out when your parcel is ready for dispatch. If you are eagerly waiting and wondering where your parcel is, please use the tracking number located on your shipping confirmation email. On the courier's tracking system, you will see a first scan in date, this is the date that the courier received your parcel. If 3 business days have passed since that date, then please complete and online enquiry form direct with the courier. This will alert the courier company to seek out your parcel and majority of the time will prompt delivery. In the event your parcel is still not delivered within 6 business days, please contact us for further investigation.
